Drumul Taberei, located western Bucharest, has the lowest residential rental price fluctuations of any district in the Romanian capital. In other areas of the city, there can be differences of up to €100 differences from year to year.
However, in Drumul Taberei, rents are within €25 per month of where they were in April 2011. Representatives of the Anunturiparticulari.ro website said Drumul Taberei district is the “greenest” in the city, as it has extensive green spaces and parks.
Another advantage is that it is not densely populated, and that it located in a somewhat withdrawn portion of the city. Such characteristics, which are attractive to home buyers and renters, have had the effect of enabling real estate there retain its value.
