DS Smith has leased 6500 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Czeladź park. DS Smith will move into the facility at the end of the second quarter of 2019. The packaging manufacturer was represented in the transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics center, which will offer 74,200 sqm of warehouse and production space in five class A buildings. The park is located near the hub connecting the A4 highway to the S1 expressway, 15 km from the Katowice airport.
