DSC Partners has secured a $138m loan for the purchase of an office and industrial building portfolio with 28 properties. Located in Montgomery County, Maryland, the 1.3 million sq ft portfolio includes three office parks, the MetroPark North campus in Rockville and the WesTech and Meadows business parks in Silver Spring. Major tenants include the US government, MedStar Health, Children’s Hospital, Adventist Health Care, Intelligent Automation, Aetna, Netcom Technologies and Dealeron. The funding was provided by Citizen Commercial Banking.
