DSV – Global Transport and Logistics has become a new tenant at LCube Rzeszów Airport. One of the global leaders in the TSL industry has taken a total of nearly 3,000 sqm of space in the facility warehouse and production facility, the construction of which was completed this year. A modern cross-dock terminal and a new headquarters for the transport branch of the operator in southeastern Poland. The transaction also involved the law firm Legal Hub Wojnarowska Ścigała Irlik and the consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield.
LCube Rzeszów Airport is an industrial and warehouse park being developed in two phases. industrial and warehouse park, the construction of which began in 2021. On a plot of area of 5.5 hectares, 25.8 thousand sq. m. of modern A-class warehouse space. At the disposal of the DSV company has been made available 2.5 thousand sqm of warehouse space and 360 sqm for use as for offices. This means that at LCube Rzeszów Airport has only 10 thousand sqm left to lease.

The space at LCube Rzeszów Airport, a modern facility located close to the airport in Jasionka, is an interesting addition to the warehouse resources of DSV, which recently announced a 5-year investment program with a total value of more than PLN 1 billion. The program is aimed at strengthening Poland’s position in European
and global supply chains and to support green transformation in the TSL industry. The program assumes, among other things, development based on the implementation of both its own projects warehousing projects, as well as activity in the market of leasing warehouse space with a high standard of pro standard of environmentally friendly solutions.

The warehouse, in which DSV will lease its space, has received a certificate BREEAM at the very good level. The entire facility uses, among other things, lighting LED lighting and a sewage system fault detection system with the ability to automatically cut off the water supply. The park has been prepared with stalls for insects, bicycle shelters and electric car charging stations. Z In turn, the roof has been equipped with a deflection monitoring system and additionally reinforced, allowing the installation of a photovoltaic system.
