DSV Road has leased 7,300 sqm at Panattoni City Logistics Łódź II. The high-tech facility will be handed over to the logistics operator in June. The investment is being developed in compliance with the principles of sustainable development and BREEAM certification criteria. The complex will offer a total of 38,125 sqm at full build-out. To date, Panattoni has completed more than 10 projects for the DSV Group, developing 170,000 sqm of space in total in Poland and the Czech Republic.
