DSV Solutions, an operator specializing in providing advanced contract logistics solutions, has leased 9,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman. JLL advised DSV Solutions on selecting the location and negotiating lease terms. The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a multimodal logistics facility, linking Poland with other countries by means of road, rail and ship. “The decision to relocate to Gdańsk has been dictated on the one hand by the rapid development of our business and, on the other, by the new object’s attractive location. In addition, the terms of our cooperation with the developer, in particular the terms of investment in infrastructure, have been tailored to our specific needs. At the same time, we have gained a number of opportunities for the further development of our operational area,” said Adam Pawelczak, supply chain director at DSV Solutions.
