DTL International leased 1,650 sqm of warehouse space and more than 120 sqm of office space at Hillwood Marki. The tenant was represented by Cresa. The industrial park is located 20 km from the center of Warsaw. It can be expanded to provide up to 94,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. “Hillwood offers high-quality warehouse space in various locations in the Warsaw metropolitan area. We are planning to add another 21,000 sqm building to our logistics facility in Marki and to develop other locations in the region. We are delighted to welcome DTL as a new tenant at Hillwood Marki and wish them further successful growth,” said Wojciech Dachniewski, business development director at Hillwood.
