Prague ranks among the top five most attractive European cities for office tenants, according to research conducted by DTZ. The Czech capital ranks behind Brussels, Warsaw, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. The educated labor pool, rent levels, project quality and availability of office space and business potential were the main ranking criteria. Lenka Šindelářová, head of research and consulting at DTZ, says that Prague is attractive because of the immediate availability of office space, with an additional 200,000 sqm set to come on-line in 2015-16. Compared to Western Europe, the city offers a cheaper labor pool and a well-diversified economy, she adds. Brussels has long held the top spot, followed by Dublin this year.
