DTZ has been selected as exclusive agent to advise Poland’s local real estate fund BPH TFI in the liquidation of its BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomości vehicle. The fund is looking to offload a portfolio of four projects, including Renaissance Tower, Viking House, Eureka Park and Krakowska retail center. BPH expect to raise €250m from the transactions.
Renaissance Tower, a 16,500 sqm building, is located on Skierniewicka street in Warsaw, while Viking Hour on Pileckiego street offers 38,000 sqm. The B-class office complex Eureka is located at the corner of Marynarska and Wynalazek streets. The project comprises Marynarska Tower, Wynalazek Tower and a partially developed investment plot.
