Duane Wooldridge has joined the Virginia-based real estate investment, development and management firm Middleburg as a partner and resident of the firm’s property management subsidiary. Previously he served as VP of Operations for JBG SMITH Residential Management and worked at Archstone in the role of a Regional Operations Manager. Wooldridge has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA.
