Dúha, owned by Prešov-based entrepreneur Miroslav Remeta, won a €410m tender to build a 7.5 km long tunnel called Višňové along the motorway near Žilina. Dúha will partner with the Italian construction company Salini Impregilo on the project. Remeta’s company won the tender after Skanska and Doprastav were disqualified due to technical problems and alleged cartel involvement.
