The businessman Dumitru Dragomir, the former head of the Professional Football League, is preparing the construction of a new residential complex, the largest real estate project developed by his family so far, in the Pipera area, on a plot of about 13,000 sqm bought from the daughter of the businessman George Becali.
“We submitted the documents for the Zonal Urban Plan and there are about 310 apartments arranged in three blocks with 11 floors. It’s going to be the biggest project we’ve done so far and it’s going to be spectacular. I think it’s the best land that Becali had for sale. It has access to Emil Racoviță street and is above the lake. We plan to start excavation in February-March 2024, depending on the weather. We will also have a bank loan for this project. The investment is estimated at around EUR 30 million,” said Dumitru Dragomir.
