Selecta SGFII, the second largest independent group of real estate asset managers in Portugal is to be acquired by Dunas Capital. The cash acquisition of the company and its €570m portfolio of heritage assets was approved by the Banco de Portugal (Bank of Portugal) and the Portuguese Securities Market Commission. The 15 year-old company Selecta currently has ten investment funds, which own properties such as the Quinta Marques Gomes, in Vila Nova de Gaia, made up of 27 hectares on the Douro river, along with a palace due for renovation.
