Between January and July, 118,800 dwellings were completed in Poland, up 6.6 percent y-o-y, according to preliminary data published by the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Developers completed 76,700 dwellings, 10.9 percent more than in the corresponding period of 2019, while private investors completed 40,100 dwellings, up 2.7 percent y-o-y. Less dwellings than a year ago were completed within cooperative construction (705 compared to 1,191 dwellings), in other forms of construction like municipal, public building society and company construction 1 297 dwellings were completed in total (compared to 1,988 the previous year), according to GUS
