The online retailer Agito and Stendi has extended its lease at the office and warehouse complex in the village of Błonie, near Warsaw. The company signed on for an additional 7,213 sqm of warehouse space and 250 sqm of offices, expanding its occupancy at the complex to 12,000 sqm of space. BNP Paribas advised the tenant.
Agito and Stendi needed the extra space in order to carry out its plans to expand its online sales activities. “We’ve seen dynamic growth of e-commerce in Poland over the past few months, which is making the role of online retailers increasing important for warehouse developers,” said Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, head of the warehouse and logistics division at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Poland.
