Construction equipment producer Independenta has announced it will develop an industrial park at Craiova, worth €17 m. The project is being co-financed by European funds through the Regional Operational Programme 2007 – 2013 (REGIO).
Craiova Business Park will be built on 9 ha by the end of the first half of next year, will be built on 9 hectares and will create 350 jobs, announced representatives of the developer.
It’s to be located near the Ford factory in Craiova.
Constantin Turturescu, general manager of Independenta says the park will deliver business spaces of 52,700 sqm, while the office buildings and the production halls will encompass over 30,000 sqm.
