Cesar’s Residence is building a €3.5m residential project in Mostar, Bosnia, next to the Neretva river. It will offer 20 apartments along with a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool on one of two underground floors. Seven apartments will be placed on the first and second floors while the top floor will have two penthouses. The building will be surrounded by a garden. The project was prepared by the company Entasis while Amitea Gramer and Cesar’s Residence are carrying out construction.
