Eaton Enterprises signed a lease on 2,300 sqm at Krisztina Palace in Budapest, where it plans to open a new business service center. The 18,000 sqm Krisztina Palace, located near the Déli Railway Station, is currently 73 percent leased. Tenants include Emirates, Mazars, Deutsche Leasing, Granit Agriculture and Johnson & Johnson. Approximately 4,500 sqm of office and retail space is still available.
