EB Group bought a 16,150 sqm office and retail building on Blasewitzer Strasse in Dresden from Bürohaus Blasewitzer Straße Gewerbeimmobilien Limited & Co. KG. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Built in 1995, the property offers 13,400 sqm of office and 1,260 sqm of retail space, as well as 170 underground parking spaces. It is 95 percent leased. The tenants include Sächsische Aufbaubank, Creditreform Dresden, Versatel, a flower shop, a bookstore and a pharmacy. EB Group acquired the Yenidze office building more than a year ago. The company plans to buy additional properties in Dresden and open a branch office this year.
