EBS Romania founder launches Cluj Napoca residential scheme

Daniel Metz, the founder of software company EBS Romania, is to invest €5m in the development of the Contemporano residential project in Cluj Napoca. The project will be developed in partnership with the construction company Coratim Grup and is due for completion in August 2016.

Contemporano will consist of 73 apartments of up to three bedrooms, located in two buildings with five and six floors. The residential complex is located in Cluj Napoca, close to Babes Park, Central Park Simion Barbutiu and Cluj Arena.

Contemporano units will range in size from 36 sqm to 80 sqm, with prices starting from €47,997 (VAT included) for the smallest units and €65,500 for the largest. The investor has retained Coldwell Banker Transilvania to handle sales.
