ECE Projektmanagement sold six fully leased logistics cross-dock facilities in Germany to Frasers Property Investments Europe (FPE). The purchase price was not disclosed. The properties are located in core logistics markets in Heilbronn, Mainz, Berlin, Augsburg, Hamburg and Halle and have a total leasable area of 75,378 sqm. All the properties are leased to Hermes on a long-term basis. They are part of a total of nine logistics centers that ECE is developing for Hermes.
