Echo Investment is gearing up for a major expansion on the Polish office market. After signing Deloitte for its Q22 office scheme, underway in Warsaw, the Polish developer secured €116m in financing from Bank Zachodni WBK and PKO Bank Polski. The funds will go toward the PLN 500m project going up at the corner of Jana Pawła and Grzybowska streets in the capital. Dentons, Mace Polska and Colliers International participated in the deal.
Echo has also launched its Nobilis Business House project in Wrocław. The scheme will add 16,000 sqm of new office space at the corner of Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej and Mikołaja Reja streets.
