Echo Investment has started construction of the Zebra residential complex along the promenade between Zakładowa and Słonimskiego streets in Wrocław. The developer has already signed a €9m contract with Eiffage Polska Serwis, which will oversee construction. The Zebra residential complex will offer 225 apartments in two buildings. The apartments, including studios and two- and three-room units, will range between 25 sqm and 69 sqm. There will also be service units on the ground floor.
