Echo Investment has started construction on the third stage of the ENTER estate, located in the Naramowice district in Poznan. The latest stage of the ENTER estate includes the construction of 157 apartments with sizes ranging from 26 sqm to 93 sqm. The developer has provided the residents with access to amenities in the common areas of the buildings and their surroundings. As part of Echo Life Services, lobbies and corridors will be equipped with a technology enabling a contactless release of a lock on the front door, opening a garage door or calling the elevator, which will take a resident to the right floor. The estate will also include a parcel locker, a creative playground or boxes for receiving courier and postal deliveries. Cyclists will be able to use hangers and bicycle racks, and motorists will be able to use a charger for electric cars with a billing system for energy used. Regardless of the size, the residents of each apartment will have their own garden or balcony at their use. The project is located in the direct vicinity of parks and nature reserves, such as Zurawiniec and Warta River meadows. The district is rapidly developing and gains new infrastructure – a tram line is to be completed by 2022 which will connect Naramowice with the center of Poznan.
