Echo Investment has completed revitalization works of the Ogrody Graua residential project on Gdańska street in Wrocław. Chosen clients will be offered to buy one of the eight luxury apartments located in the 19th-century palace of the Heimann foundation, designed by Wrocław architect Albert Grau. The historic property has survived two wars and post-war times to be included in the list of historical monuments in the 1990s. Revitalization works in the palace began in early 2019. The Ogrody Graua has a private park and is additionally surrounded by Szczytnicki Park.
