Echo Investment has completed the sale of the Q22 office building located on al. Jana Pawła II in Warsaw to Invesco Real Estate for €273m. Construction of the building was finalized in July 2016. The office building offers 53,000 sqm and is currently 82 percent leased with negotiations on further leases underway. The list of its tenants includes Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Vestor DM, Citi Handlowy, Savills and White and Case, as well as Griffin Real Estate, Echo Polska Properties and Echo Investment.
