Echo Investment has decided to increase the maximum amount of its bond program to PLN 1 billion, the company said. Other important parameters of the program and the rules for issuing bonds under the program remained unchanged.
In addition, the company said it intends to issue unsecured ordinary bearer bonds under the program.
Echo Investment is a Polish real estate developer with investments in three sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and office. The company has been listed on the WSE since 1996; it is part of the sWIG80 index. In 2022, it had PLN 1.39 billion in consolidated revenues.
