Echo Investment has started the construction and sale of the second stage of the Bonarka Living estate in Krakow. The project is being developed in the vicinity of a business center, shopping mall and an over two-hectare nature reserve. In this perfectly connected and self-sufficient area, another 2 buildings with 330 comfortable apartments will be built. In the estate, the developer has planned a package of amenities as part of Echo Life Services. The keys to the premises from the second stage of the estate will be handed over to buyers in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The first stage of the Bonarka Living estate offered 143 comfortable apartments that have already been handed over to clients. Now another 2 buildings have been put on sale, including 330 apartments of various sizes from 30 to 104 sqm. The level of reservations confirmed by the payment of the deposit at this stage is already over 55%. All premises provided will have balconies or gardens. The developer will install the basic version of Echo Smart, an intelligent home management system for free in each apartment. The fully developed set allows, among others lighting control, temperature control, as well as roller blinds, locks and alarm management. The control is carried out by means of voice commands or from the level of the application on the phone.
