Echo Investment reported a net profit of PLN 300m for 2019, exceeding market expectations. The results were driven by the sales of the Gatehouse Offices in Warsaw and O3 Business Campus III in Kraków as well as the handover of 1,263 apartments. The developer also reported the value of its office and retail projects had increased. Echo Investment is focused on developing multifunctional, destination complex projects, which currently constitute 45 percent of projects under construction and projects in the pipeline.
