Echo Investment sold 1,427 apartments in 2017, up 54 percent from the previous year. The developer delivered 1,006 apartments to customers in the 12-month period, representing more than 120-percent growth. The 2017 results outpaced early estimates which forecasted 1,300 apartments sold and 925 apartments delivered to customers. Echo Investment marketed seven projects, including nearly 900 apartments, in the fourth quarter alone. Three of these projects are under construction in Warsaw. including another phase of Browary Warszawskie, RE:SET and Widoki Mokotów, overlooking Morskie Oko Park.
