Echo Investment has secured a building permit for its Bonarka Living residential project in Krakow. The investment, to go up on Jerzego Turowicza street, will offer 143 apartments. Facilities for residents will include smart mailboxes, bicycle racks, electric car chargers, an underground garage with single-track spaces, children’s playgrounds as well as green squares. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.
