EPP has acquired O3 Business Campus II, the second building to go up at the O3 Business Campus located on Opolska street in Kraków, from Echo Investment. The property was completed in Q3 2017 and is in 70 percent leased to HCL Poland and HedgeServ. O3 Business Campus includes three office buildings, offering 19,000 sqm of GLA each. The first building was bought by EPP in December 2016. The third building is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of this year.
