Echo Investment broke ground on Osiedle Stacja 3.0 on Mińska Street in Wroclaw. The residential estate will offer 240 apartments in two buildings which will be equipped with smart solutions. The public space will be fitted with, for example, nine smart lockers for large package deliveries. Thanks to a special application, a courier or postal worker will be able to connect to the lockers’ modules and leave a package. The recipient will receive an SMS code that will open an electronic locker. Echo Investment has built nearly 700 apartments in Wrocław. The developer also built the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping center as well as five office buildings: Aquarius, Sagittarius Business House, Nobilis Business House, West Gate and West Link.
