Echo Investment broke ground on a mixed-use project in Łódź. Underway on a former factory site along Tymienieckiego street, Fuzja will feature retail and service space as well as apartments, offices and public squares. Two residential buildings, offering 274 apartments, will be developed in the first phase. The flats will range in size from 29 sqm to 111 sqm. The scheme will include a total of 20 buildings.
