Echo Investment has started selling units at its Malthouse apartment scheme, which is part of the Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex, in Warsaw’s Wola district. Construction is scheduled to begin in March. The project will offer 76 apartments, ranging in size from one-room studios to large penthouse suites. Once completed, the Browary Warszawskie complex will include four office buildings, five residential schemes as well as 8,000 sqm of retail and services.
