Mikołaj Martynuska and Waldemar Olbryk have been appointed to Echo Investment’s management board. Martynuska has worked at Echo for more than a year. As managing director, he has been responsible for land acquisitions, pre-development, zoning, planning and administrative procedures, as well as project and non-core asset sales. He previously worked at CBRE Poland for 10 years, holding various management positions. As an Echo board member, Olbryk will be responsible for developing the company’s residential portfolio. He has worked at Echo since August. He previously worked for Skanska Group, acting among other positions as the managing director of the company’s development business. Olbryk also worked for Philips Polska, Apsys Polska and BP.
