Echo Investment has started construction its Osiedle Stacja 3.0 residential project in Wrocław. The scheme is located at Mińska Street and will offer 240 apartments that the developer is fitting out with smart household management systems. The building will have electric vehicle charging stations as well as parcel lockers for deliveries. Among the project’s neighbors is is Millennium Park, the Wroclaw Industrial Park and the West Wrocław railway station.
