Echo Investment is in the process of selling West Link in Wrocław to Griffin Premium RE, a new platform created by Griffin Real Estate. The companies signed preliminary agreements under which Griffin Premium RE will control and ultimately purchase the West Link office building. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Griffin Premium RE will also invest into Echo Investment’s commercial projects in Warsaw: Beethovena and Browary Warszawskie. The agreement is expected to be finalized no later than Dec. 31, 2018.
