Waldemar Olbryk resigned from the position of a member of the management board of Echo Investment due to assuming the position of president of the management board of Archicom, which will happen if Echo finalizes the acquisition of this company, Echo reported.
Archicom informed, however, that under the same condition, Dorota Jodówka-Śródka was dismissed from the position of president, and Krzysztof Suskiewicz was recalled from the position of a member of the management board. At the same time, the supervisory board appointed Waldemar Olbryk as the president of the management board, and Agata Skowrońska-Domańska and Rafał Zboch as management board members.
Since October 2017, Waldemar Olbryk has been a member of the management board of Echo responsible for the housing business.
Agata Skowrońska – Domańska has been the strategic planning director of Echo Investment Group since May 2017.
Rafał Zboch has been the director of the Legal Office of the Echo Investment Group since February 2017.
In February, Echo Investment signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of a 66.01% stake in the Wrocław-based development company Archicom (entitling to approx. 65.99% of votes at the general meeting). As emphasized by Echo, after the transaction is finalized, the Echo-Archicom group will be the largest residential developer in Poland – only in 2021 it will start construction of a total of 7,000 sq m. apartments for sale and rent.
