Echo Investment is launching its West Link office investment in Wrocław. Going up on Na Ostatnim Groszu street, next to the company’s most recent completion, West Gate offices, West Link will add 14,000 sqm of new space to the Wrocław market in 2018.
“The decision concerning the launch of West Link was determined by very quick commercialization of the neighbouring West Gate building which was fully leased before its completion. It will include the headquarters of companies such as: Nokia, Deichmann, Enel-Med, Aviva and Expander. Tenant recognition and interest are a clear signal that Wrocław still needs modern and functional office space in excellent locations,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, Senior Leasing Manager in Echo Investment’s Office and Hotel Department.
Echo Investment has been present in Wrocław since 2007 when it finished the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping and entertainment center. The investor has completed three other class A office facilities in the city: Aquarius Business House at the junction of Swobodna Street and Borowska Street, West Gate on Lotnicza Street and Nobilis Business House on Skłodowskiej Street. In addition, Echo Investment recently started the construction of the Sagittarius Business House at the junction of Sucha Street and Swobodna Street. It’s also complete residential projects in Wrocław such as the Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu estate on Jedności Narodowej Street and the first stage of Grota 111.
