S.A. Redefine and Echo Investment will list their Echo Polska Properties (EPP) vehicle on the Luxemburg and Johannesburg stock markets in the next two months. The move will add new financing sources for EPP’s operations. Formed by the S.A. Reit fund and the Polish developer Echo, EPP manages assets worth €1.2bn, including six office projects and ten retail schemes, representing 72 percent of the portfolio. “Thanks to its potential, the fund may double its value,” said EPP§s CEO Hadley Dean.
