Echo Investment is relaunching its Łódź office project. Going up on Piłsudskiego street, the scheme will neighbor the Silver Screen office and leisure center, the Novotel and IBIS hotels and Galeria Łódzka. Originally known as Aurus, the investor said it will soon reveal the project’s new name and design by B’ART. Echo Investment is in the process of being taken over by Griffin Real Estate, which has applied to Poland’s anti-monopoly regulator for approval of a deal shareholders have already signed off on.
