Echo Investment started construction on its Park Rozwoju office complex, which will go up on Konstruktorska street in Warsaw. The scheme, designed by JEMS Architekci, will offer 32,000 sqm of office space in two buildings. The project will also include an underground parking garage for 740 vehicles. The first stage will be delivered in Q1 2014, while the whole project is set to finish in the second quarter of 2015.
