West Gate, the 16,000 sqm new office project by Echo Investment, broke ground in the city of Wrocław. West Gate is underway at the corner of Lotnicza, Na Ostatnim Groszu, Legnicka and Milenijna streets.
“In accordance with Echo Investment’s policy regarding green construction, the project will soon obtain a BREEAM certificate,” said Rafał Mazurczak, director of the Commercialization and Marketing Team in Echo’s Office and Hotel Department. “Its installation systems will provide comfortable working conditions, but will also be eco-friendly, which will make it possible to lower operating costs.”
This is Echo’s second project in the city. The developer entered the local office market with its Aquarius Business Park project last summer.
