Echo Investment secured a building permit for it most recent office scheme in Kraków. The investment, called Opolska Business Park, is set to go up at the corner of Opolska and 29 Listopada streets, in the northern part of the city. The project consists of three 12-story buildings and an underground parking garage. The complex will provide 57,000 sqm of new office space to be delivered in three phases. The first stage of the complex, totaling more than 18,000 sqm of office space, is set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2015.
