Echo Investment secured a loan from PKO Bank Polski for the construction of the MidPoint71 office building, which is going up on Powstancow Slaskich street in Wroclaw. Echo Investment received a €54.4m construction loan as well as a PLN 7m VAT loan. Once construction is completed, the construction loan will be converted to an investment loan. The total funding period ends June 30, 2026. MidPoint71 will offer 37,000 sqm of office space. Construction started at the end of 2019. The first tenants will move into the building in the fourth quarter of 2021. The tenant mix includes Pyszne.pl, which signed on for 3,500 sqm and will move its Wroclaw’s headquarters to MidPoint71. The ground floors of the office building will include service points, a restaurant and common spaces, which can be used for informal meetings. Medusa Group designed the 14-story building. Echo Investment has been investing in Wroclaw for 15 years, and MidPoint71 is the company’s eighth office project in the city. It also developed Aquarius Business House, Nobilis, Sagittarius Business House, West Gate and West Link.
