Echo Investment secured a nearly €25m construction loan for Symetris Business Park in Łodź from BGŻ BNP Paribas. The lender has already backed the Polish developer during the first half of the year, including refinancing loans for A4 Business Park and West Gate. Going up on Piłsudskiego street in central Łódź, the investment will be delivered in two phases, offering more than 19,000 sqm of space. B’ART is the architectural company that was assigned with providing the design.
