Echo Investment secured two BREEAM certificates for its A4 Business Park, expanding its green portfolio to 10 buildings. Going up on Francuska street in the city of Katowice, A4 Business Park grabbed a BREEAM Final label for its first phase as well as a BREEAM Interim certificate for the investmentās second stage, both with a āVery Goodā rating.
āIn 2013, the first building in A4 Business Park obtained certificates at the design stage. It is a source of joy for us especially taking into consideration the fact that the final certificate was obtained by us for the first time, and there are still few such certificates on the market. I am sure that things will be similar with the second stage. We are also applying for a high final score in this case,ā says Igor Grabiwoda, director of the team of architects in Echo Investmentās Office and Hotel Department. A4 Business Parkās certification process is being carried out by Grontmij Polska.
Echoās green portfolio includes its landmark Q22 office project and the two-building Park Rozwoju, both in Warsaw; Aquarius Business House in WrocÅaw; the first and second phase of A4 Business Park in Katowice; Oxygen in Szczecin, which secured two BREEAM In-Use certificates for its building management and asset rating; as well as Galeria Amber in Kalisz, CHR Galaxy in Szczecin, Galeria Olimpia in BeÅchatĆ³w and Galeria Echo in Kielce.
