Nearly 2,000 sqm of space was leased by Echo Investment this month at its Malta office Park in the city of Poznań. The tenant, Samsung Electronics Polska, is a branch of the world major IT provider, Samsung Electronics Co., set up in 1969. Operating in 58 countries, the company is to be running its office at the Echo’s 31,000 sqm complex, which also offers 600 parking places. The IT giant is to join a tenant list that includes McKinsey, Grant Thornton, Ikea, NextiraOne, Altkom Akademia, Data System Group, Mentor Graphics, Tebodin, Roche Polska, AXA, Lexum.
