Echo Investment is showcasing an impressive collection of projects this year at MIPIM, with projects that are both planned and already underway on the Polish office market. In fact, the developer revealed that it is celebrating its 100th project in Poland this year, saying it now has 500,000 sqm planned for the Polish office market, of which 200,000 sqm is dedicated to Warsaw. At the same time, Echo Investment is looking to increase its position in regional cities like Wroclaw, Gdansk and Wroclaw.

“We currently have four projects for Warsaw, but we’re not losing our focus on the regional markets,” Echo’s Office and Hotel Projects Department Director Waldemar Lesiak told CIJ at MIPIM. He also said the company secured the building permit to start the second phase of its A4 Business Park project in Katowice this week. The new phase of this 30,000 sqm office scheme located on Francuska street will be adding nearly 10,000 sqm of new space office to the market. Echo will complete the first phase of A4 Business Park in December.
